Terms of payment: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than upon arrival.

Cancellations: The 50% deposit fee is not returnable if the booking is cancelled less than 180 days before arrival (including the date of arrival).

If the booking is cancelled at least 181 days before arrival (including the date of arrival), a service fee of USD 200 and any electronic transfer fees are deducted from the 50% deposit and the remainder is returned to the customer. This is a small resort with only seven rooms, and the staff tries to accommodate the guests’ personal requirements when booking. A service fee of USD 200 is therefore charged for every change made after the initial booking. The prices and pricing policy may change without prior notice.
