Changing a reservation
With Tranquilseas you don’t need to worry about your reservation and deposit in case the airlines unexpectedly change or cancel your flight. We are happy to reschedule your reservation and paid deposit.
We will reschedule the reservation according to your needs free of charge. Please contact our reception and request new dates as soon as possible. We will confirm your choice if the room is available.

Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so up to 14 days before your arrival date free of charge. This applies for the whole period of COVID-19 pandemic.
However, we will be very happy if you choose not to cancel your stay and reschedule for more convenient time instead. The island of Roatan is safe and relaxed place where you can have your dream vacation. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and amazing food the island has to offer without the usual tourist crowds.
