CONTRACTING PARTIES
- the company Tranquil Seas Reservations s.r.o., with its registered office at V Alejickach 129, 250 65 Boranovice; the company is incorporated in the Commercial Register kept on file by the Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 379261 (starting nowafter “the Hotel”)
- the Client – as a natural or legal person (starting now “the Client”) These Terms and Conditions generally apply to all hotel Guests and Agencies with whom a written contract for services has not been agreed.
RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES:
- Reservation of accommodation and other services in the Hotel and confirmation of this reservation by the Hotel shall be possible in writing, i.e. by email or by phone
- The reservation shall be considered valid and binding if the Hotel confirms such reservation to the Guest in writing, i.e. by email, or if the relevant online reservation system generates an automatic email confirmation.
- The reservation shall be completed using a payment card or by paying a deposit in the amount of the accommodation and services that are booked. Individual conditions can be provided for.
- If the Hotel or Guest does not meet the conditions in clause 3, the Hotel shall not be obliged to provide accommodation and services.
- The information provided on the confirmation of the booking shall be binding on both Parties
PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:
- The price is set per room per night, including breakfast unless the guest chooses otherwise.
- The accommodation price includes VAT in the amount set by law.
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be made in writing, i.e. by email. The reservation system used to make the reservation determines the exact cancellation method.
- When cancelling a reservation made through an external provider (e.g. booking.com), it is necessary also to cancel the reservation through that provider in the manner required under the terms and conditions by the provider and of the reservation.
- A change of reservation, i.e. a transfer of the services that were ordered to another date, shall be considered a cancellation of the original reservation and shall follow the same procedure as the cancellation of the reservation.
- Accommodation can be paid in cash; we accept the CZK, USD currencies. In the event of payment by credit/debit card, the amount shall be charged in USD.
- Under the Registration of Sales Act, the seller must issue a receipt/bill to the Buyer. The seller shall also register the sale online with the tax authority, in the event of a technical failure no later than within 48 hours.
- The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the Guest’s card up to the total amount of the accommodation.
- No fee shall be charged if the reservation is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date (applies to a standard reservation).
- If a non-refundable reservation is chosen, the Hotel has the right to charge 100% of the accommodation price any time after the reservation.
- In the event of the non-arrival of the Guest, the reservation shall be cancelled and the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the cost of the entire accommodation of the Guest
GUEST’S RIGHTS AND DUTIES:
- The Guest shall have the right to use the reserved areas and their equipment, as well as the equipment of common areas.
- The Guest shall be responsible for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay any costs for repairs, replacements or special cleaning. The Hotel shall determine the amount of the payment.
- The Guest is obliged to report any defects and deficiencies during the stay at the Hotel, so that their remedying can be arranged.
- The Guest shall be obliged to pay the costs associated with the accommodation services of the Hotel no later than on the day of arrival; no later than on the day of departure the Guest shall be obliged to pay other costs – additional services (sauna, restaurant services and other hotel services), unless otherwise agreed. In the event of non-payment of the amount, the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the corresponding amount to the Guest’s payment card after the Guest´s departure.
- The Guest may terminate the contract under the cancellation conditions or if the Hotel does not provide the Guest with pre-agreed services corresponding to the hotel standard.
- Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is only possible after agreement with the Hotel and may be charged for.
- Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible by arrangement with the Hotel and may be charged for.
- The entire Hotel is non-smoking. Violating this regulation and smoking in the Hotel’s room or on its premises entitles the Hotel to charge the Guest a fine of USD 200.00 for cleaning the Hotel’s room or premises. Smoking is only permitted in front of the Hotel in the designated area.
- There is a night calm period between 22:00 and 6:00. Behaviour that disturbs other guests during the peaceful night is strictly prohibited (this includes listening to loud music or television, shouting in rooms or corridors, and other disruptive behaviour). In the event of a severe breach of this rule, the hotel may fine Guests up to EUR 400.00 or, if necessary, call the police.
- Dogs can be accommodated free of charge upon confirmation by the Hotel.
HOTEL’S RIGHTS AND DUTIES:
- The Hotel shall provide accommodation for the Guest based on pre-agreed services that correspond to the standard of the Hotel.
- If the Hotel cannot accommodate the Guest based on a pre-established and confirmed reservation, the Hotel shall be obliged to provide the Guest with adequate accommodation in another facility.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 November 2023 and the Hotel reserves the right to amend them, and the Guest is obliged to observe these valid Terms and Conditions.
- The Hotel collects the Guest´s data solely for the time strictly necessary until the conclusion of the provision of the agreed services and shall not provide such data to other third parties.
